The answer to the question: How do I write?
Many people have asked me, "Alex? How do you write your books? How do you come up with this?"
My writing style is a bit unusual, from what I understand. I don't have the story planned out when I begin writing. Instead, I have an idea where I want the story to go, I pick a place for it to start, and then I visualize the story in my head as if it were a movie. I use my imagination to see my world and my characters, and I imagine the story as I believe it would play out. While I am visualizing this, I simply write out what I see in my head. A few readers have commented that the story has a cinematic feel to it, and this could be why it feels that way.
I have no professional background in writing. I never took any special classes, and I was honestly kind of a poor student in school due to a short attention span. However, I DID discover a talent for being the game master in role-playing-games with my friends, and one day decided to try my hand at writing my stories. I found I had a spark for writing, and the rest is now history.
If you, my readers, have any questions, I would be happy to answer them if I am at all able. I love writing things that people will enjoy, and if I can help other new writers develop their ideas, or if I can even just help my readers enjoy my stories a bit more, I am always happy to oblige.
